By booking a Mom Life Reset session with Kim Maclin Coaching, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Nature of Services

The Mom Life Reset is a private coaching session designed to support personal growth, family dynamics, time management, and emotional wellbeing. Kim Maclin is a Certified Professional Life Coach and Mamahood Mentor, not a licensed medical, mental health, or healthcare professional. The information and coaching provided are for educational and supportive purposes only and are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Personal Responsibility

You understand that you are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing during and after the session, including your choices, decisions, and actions. You agree to take full responsibility for any results or outcomes that follow from your participation in this coaching session.

3. No Guarantees

While the goal of the Mom Life Reset is to help you gain clarity, confidence, and calm in your motherhood, individual results vary. Kim Maclin Coaching makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding any specific outcomes or results.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment of $197 is due in full at the time of booking to reserve your session. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, as this time is held exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule, you may do so once with at least 48 hours’ notice.

5. Release of Liability

You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Kim Maclin, Kim Maclin Coaching, and any affiliated representatives from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise as a result of your participation in the Mom Life Reset or any actions you take following the session.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during the session will remain strictly confidential, except as required by law (such as in cases of abuse, harm, or legal subpoena).

7. Agreement

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms above. You accept full responsibility for your participation and understand that coaching is a collaborative, educational relationship designed to support your personal and family growth.
